We ensure that underprivileged and differently-abled children reach their full potential in life, and that rural children get the support they need for a good education.

By 2030 we want to create e-learning facilities on education, skill and entrepreneurship in 150 schools and rehabilitate 30% of our special children.

Education & Skill development helps children become responsible, productive and useful members of the society. Whilst India is close to universal enrollment for children aged 6-14 years, research shows that only 71% of enrolled children attend class regularly. Additionally, 14.6% of boys and 16.1% of girls aged 15-16 years in rural India are currently out of school. Children with special needs are completely neglected and families struggle with finding the necessary support to help their differently-abled children reach their full potential in life. CTED is working hard to tackle these trends.

CTED ensures that rural children get the support they need for a good education and skill and that underprivileged group and differently-abled children reach their full potential in life. By supporting our NIOS and UPDISCO and Kaushal kendra with infrastructure and enhanced education and providing special skill and entrepreneurship training, we are helping children transform their lives through the power of education & Skill.

We improve the learning environment in pre-primary, primary and middle schools through the provision of infrastructural support, entrepreneurship & skill development training, improved teaching aids, engagement of local youth and sensitization of communities. We also provide technology & counselling support, to ensure quality education for children.

2. Non-Formal Education

We mainstream school drop outs and non-school going children especially underprivileged group by setting up non-formal education cum skill development facilities, and sensitize parents on the importance of education cum skill development - supporting them to get their children back into school.

3. Special Education

Our NIOS & UPDISCO and Kaushal Kendra, CTED NIOS & UPDISCO and Kaushal Kendra, improves the quality of life of underprivileged group and differently-abled children and teaches them skills so they can be independent in their day-to-day activities.

NAI MANZIL PROGRAMME – EDUCATION CUM SKILL

Nai Manzil

The Project Objective is to improve completion of secondary education with formal education and certification up to level 8th or 10th through National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) and market-driven skills training for targeted youth from Minority communities.

The Project aims to engage with poor Minority youth and help them obtain sustainable and gainful employment opportunities that can facilitate them to be integrated with mainstream economic activities.

We have Provide an alternative learning pathway to the formal school system, especially for those who have not completed their school education at grades 8–9 and 10–11, and to provide, through Open School Level 2 (8–9) and Level 3 (10–11) continuing education through National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS).

Ensured disbursement of stipend – We have provided the stipend to eligible beneficiaries for monthly stipend 1000/- per month to six months for education class during their enrolment in the integrated program.

KAUSHAL YUVA PROGRAMME – E-LEARNING IT & SOFT SKILL

E-learning based Kushal Yuva Program:-

Bihar Skill Development Mission (BSDM) has launched a unique e-learning based skill training program by the name of “Kushal Yuva Program” to enhance IT education cum skilling of all candidates in the age group of 15-25 years. Must have passed at least 10th standard irrespective of pursuing higher education or currently pursuing higher education. Soft skills training includes life skills, communication skills (English & Hindi) and basic computer literacy which in turn enhance their employability and currently teaching in various domain specific in collaboration with CTED Bihar Skill Development Mission in Bhabuwa and Buxar District And providing as value addition in E-learning training efforts.

UPDESCO Learning Center

We have Empanelled Franchise for conducting education and training program under the franchisee network system of UPDESCO in Amethi District, Uttar Pradesh.

UPDESCO Learning center started in 2021 as a unique fast track education progarm. The program gets an out-of-school youth formal job-ready in 6 month to 3 years based on education.
