Maan Singh, a Principal of the A.H. Inter college in Amethi. Maan Singh has been working as a researcher and public educator to promote social inclusion and democratic local governance. For more than two decades, he has been associated with movements, networks and government forums relating to Dalit rights, gender issues, and decentralized governance. His areas of specialization include development policy and planning, food and livelihood security, smart agriculture, skill development and empowerment of farm women.

Sanjai Singh is the Secretary / Founder Director of CTED. His major work experience spanning three decades includes the development of livelihood for rural communities through entrepreneurship development including sustainable enterprises and promotion of produce organization for cluster development. Sanjai Singh has served as member in several national and state advisory committees including the Vigilance & Monitoring Cell, Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India and Member Representative of State Steering Committee under Mission Van Dhan Yojana in Trifed, Ministry of Tribal Affairs, Government of India.

R.B. Singh is the Senior Lawyer of Lucknow High court and Vice secretary of CTED, which primary works to strengthening civil society efforts to promote participatory development and governance in Uttar Pradesh. They also provide management support to NGO facilitates participatory and strategic planning in development programs and engage in NGO Legal and policy analysis.
